Our ideal match will meet the following requirements: Must love kids! Extremely flexible schedule. Ok with pets (we have a dog). Right now, my husband and I need someone with a flexible schedule looking to pick up random workdays here and there. We need someone who can cover days when our daughter gets sick from daycare, and/or the occasional weekend day or night when we need extra help. The ideal candidate is someone who already has a steady nanny gig but would be interested in picking up occasional hours.
