Nanny / House Manager Needed For 3 Children In Chicago

We're looking for an organized, patient, loving, experienced nanny for our 3 kids. Our ideal candidate enjoys school-age kids and is able to form a close bond with them. The days would start with household tasks (e. g., laundry, errands, meal prep). Then our kids would be picked up from school between 3 and 4 p.m. and would need help with homework or getting to activities. We are two busy professionals, but we have very close relationships with our kids. We value unconditional love, expressing emotions in a positive way, treating others with respect, and everyone pitching in around the house. We offer PTO, paid holidays, access to home gym, and use of family car and debit card. We use a W-2, with taxes withheld. We would love to find someone who has experience with neurodiverse kids and is willing to do occasional overnights or weekends.
