Looking For A Mother's Helper/Nanny In Jefferson Park/Portage Park Area

Hi! My family is looking for a mother's helper/nanny to help a few days a week with the kids as they get used to their new routines. Mom will mostly always be in the home but caring for grandmother with Alzheimer's so help with the kids is the main role, making sure they have some structured and stimulating activities and outside time when weather permits. Schedule is pretty flexible and hoping for someone who can work mornings during the week with occasional evenings or weekends for events or date nights, etc. Someone close by and/or with reliable transportation is a plus as we've had trouble in the past with help coming from further away and having trouble in inclement weather or with traffic incidents causing delays. Pay is hourly and rate is higher when all children are present or if mom is not home.
