About the job
Looking for an afterschool caregiver for two sons, 15 and 19, who are on the autism spectrum. The individual would work from our home and help our sons with homework, light housekeeping, and lunch/snack preparation. Would help transition the boys from the school bus and on some days pick up from school (early release) or drop off at after school programs so having own car us a must. Ideal candidate has some experience with special needs but will consider someone with no prior experience if patient and willing to learn. Both boys are fairly independent but need, patience, support and supervision. We would love someone who would use their time with them to help them grow and learn.
