Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Chicago

Looking for a reliable, loving nanny for our newborn. Hoping to find someone we can employ for the next few years. Prior experience with infants, CPR training, and first aid training highly preferred. Must be vaccinated, including TDap, flu, and COVID. Still figuring out the exact schedule but will need someone 3 or 4 days a week and will guarantee a minimum of 20 hours a week. Can schedule full and half days around other jobs but would prefer someone with flexibility to come early or stay late depending on our work needs. Some weeks may be up to 30 hours. Mother works from home most mornings. Have a 7-month-old puppy but dog responsibilities would be minimal. Light housekeeping expected. Not expected to transport child at this time. Willing to discuss benefits like paid vacation especially after 6 months of employment.
