Child is only a few months old but we want someone that is comfortable practicing numbers, letters, etc. with our child. It would be great if the nanny speaks English + a second language fluently. As our child gets older, we want them to take the child out for activities: to the park, library, added bonus if they are comfortable preparing baby food from scratch.
