Our daughter is very independent and largely capable of taking care of herself. She is a very emotionally positive and caring person who loves board games, learning, drawing, and crafting. She loves to talk and will make friends with anyone (and most likely draw you something and give you a hug often). She is a child of reason and will understand a situation if you explain it to her. A typical role for our ideal caregiver is: - Allowing our daughter to be independently self-motivated (not coddle her or do everything for her) - Being engaged and interacting with her (not someone who will sit there on their phone and ignore her) - Spend time with her more as a friend and chaperone than as a forced responsibility. The ideal person should reflect the qualities of a positive role model for our daughter and be dressed appropriately.
