About the job
Female applicants only. Newborn has colic. I need some sleep to start with so looking for overnight but may transition and not need overnight in a few months when she sleeps through the night. and would shift to 6 hours a day that would be very different each day due to my job being irregular hours and also need evenings here and there for date nights out. Right now she sleeps pretty well during the day so it seems her schedule is flipped and would like to work on being more awake during the day and sleeping at night. She needs a diaper change and fed every two to three hours. She has constipation so cries a lot at night if not held. Right now would need 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. overnight. Would switch to only needing daytime hours in 2-3 months once she sleeps through the night with maybe only one wake up for changed diaper and feeding.
