Nanny / House Manager For 3 Children In Chicago

We're looking for an organized, experienced house manager and afternoon nanny for our 3 children. Our ideal candidate genuinely loves school-age children and is able to form a close bond with them. From 12-3 p.m. work would involve household tasks that would vary each day. Then our children would be picked up around 3 p.m. and would need help with homework or being driven to other activities, until 6 p.m. We are two busy professionals, but we have very close relationships with our kids. We value making our kids feel loved unconditionally, making them feel safe expressing emotions in a positive way, maintaining a peaceful home environment, treating others with respect, and everyone pitching in to help around the house. Note: we pay a competitive salary, PTO and paid holidays, and always use a W-2, with all taxes paid and reported.
