I need a reliable nanny to help pick up my older kids from school and keep my newborn while I sleep for work and go to work until my fiancé comes in from work. The days may vary but hours will be around the same. My kids get out of school at 3:50 and I have to be at work at 7 p.m. and my fiancé will come relieve the nanny around 11 p.m. on the days needed. May occasionally need the nanny for weekend outings as well.
