Busy family with a home in Lakeview, IL would like to hire an energetic and flexible Part-Time Family Assistant who enjoys spending time with children (ages 10 and 12) and assist them with daily activities. Responsibilities include, preparing the children for school, activities, and appointments, assisting with homework, and driving as needed. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the daily care of the home, preparing simple meals, running errands, supervising vendors, doing laundry, and purchasing household supplies. The right person will have similar related experience, be flexible, discreet, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be pet friendly. Solid tech skills and good communication skills also needed. Generally, a Monday through Thursday 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 pm, Friday schedule, noon to 6:00 p.m. Some overnight and additional hours are needed on occasion when the parents are traveling. Compensation potential of $40-45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, paid time off and standard paid holidays are offered. To Apply: Please apply for consideration.
