Nanny Share For 3 Children In Hyde Park, 30+ Hrs/ Week

We are looking for a care provider to do a nanny share with my two boys, (1 and 3 this summer), and my niece, who will be 2 years old in December. Our littles love book time, park time, coloring and dance parties! The job would be 30-40 hours a week, with three set days per week and a flexible fourth day (all hours Monday-Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 pm). We would be able to provide the schedule for the flexible fourth day two months in advance, though we are looking for someone who can offer consistent M-F availability. A significant portion of those hours would be caring for all three children, but there may be some days / mornings where only one or two of the children are present. The care location is our apartment in E Hyde Park, less than five minutes from Metra/ bus transit stops.
