Weekend Mothers Helper Needed For 3 Boys

We are standing looking for a weekend nanny / mothers helper for our 3 kids (3yo /5yo /7yo). At times we will take all 3 somewhere together (day trip apple picking, to the lake etc) and others we will divide and conquer. Hours are flexible to meet your needs and overall we are looking for 16-20 hours a weekend with staying later one or two saturdays a month for date nights. Ideal person is someone high energy, proactive, a fun playmate, and skilled at managing sibling rivalry. The kids love playing outside, board games, bike rides, crafts, playing with trains and trucks, and being read to. Driving is ideal so you can get kids to their activities at times but not necessarily a requirement.
