Weekday Afternoon/evenings Help (daycare Pickup And Dinner/bedtime Routine)

My wife and I are moving to Chicago in June for one year, and our 15-month-old daughter W will be coming with us. She will be in daycare during the week, and my wife will be dropping her off, but we'll need help with pickup every weekday, as well as help with dinner and bedtime. A typical day would involve pickup from daycare by car around 4:30 p.m. (some flexibility there, though ideally before 5pm), then a trip home, which could involve a stop by the park or a playground, ahead of making and serving her dinner around 5:30/6pm, bath time, and then bedtime by about 7/7:30 p.m. We're also looking for help on either Saturday or Sunday for about 3hrs in the morning, though that isn't a must for this job if the weekends are off limits for you. We do have a dog, so we'd like our nanny to be comfortable with dogs (she's 70lbs in size but sweet and affectionate).
