As Needed Child Care/part-time Needed

I am a first time Mom to a little boy and working full-time as an RN. My husband is also a first responder and returns to work in August. I am looking for childcare for my son on select Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays of each month when me and my husband are working, or other days of the week as back up when my sitter is not available. Start time would be at either 1 or 2 p.m. and I get home from work around 7:45/8 p.m. I will know my schedule in 4 week increments. If you are looking for extra money/work this would be an ideal situation as there could be as little as 2-3 days a month where I might need care. I also have a large rescue dog (96 pounds) who loves attention from anyone that walks in our door. I am looking for someone that is comfortable with dogs, as well as loving. Please keep in mind location: we are North.
