Looking for early childhood educator interested in working in-home with a very bright, sensitive, and active 4. 5-year-old. Preferences on structured learning activities and a daily or weekly curriculum to keep child engaged. Needs to be dependable and consistent with expectations with children. Experience with occupational therapy, behavioral intervention, counseling, and/ or de-escalation training bonus. Equity, justice, boundaries, natural consequences for choices, love, non-judgement, kindness, inclusion, helping others. Animals, especially birds. He is very active and likes to play outside, hit tee-ball, go for rides in the sigh hood on his balance bike, crash around Emotional regulation, anger management, listening and responding to prompts. Patience. Experience. Not a pushover. A supporter with clear boundaries and expectations, but someone who will love our child as if they were their own. Background in early childhood education would be great. Understanding of neurodivergent diagnosis and willingness to collaborate with parents on lessons and activity plans. Free access to parking.
