Caregiver And Steward For Children + Household Needed - "Mother's Helper"

We are a warm, welcoming, LGBTQIA+ family seeking care for two kids who homeschool/attend virtual school. Immunocompromised household so covid is a consideration. We need someone who can help them stay on task with their studies, support them in preparing meals and general housekeeping, and contribute to maintaining a smooth daily routine. We are looking for someone patient and reliable who is committed to things like justice and helping us raise socially conscious humans. Should be able to help with focus during school time, guide independent work, and engage in activities. Comfortable guiding children through preparing meals and snacks. Willing to assist with general tidying, laundry, and household organization. Okay with being outside off and on. At least one parent will be working from home (in separate spaces) at all times.
