Family With Twin Infants, Looking For Reliable Nanny

Looking for a nanny to care for our twin babies (born April 2024) in our home starting mid-September. Candidate must be good with large dogs, reliable, and be able to flex hours slightly as needed (e.g. come 1-2 hours early or stay late). We both work demanding jobs so we realistically need care 7:30am-6 p.m. but we are open to splitting this between multiple caregivers, so a shift could be 7:30am-4 p.m. for our nanny and then 4-6 p.m. for a babysitter. We also have a toddler who will be in full-time daycare but may be home occasionally. Ultimately, we want an experienced, responsible, reliable childcare provider who can be an involved member of our household team.
