About the job
My wife Ali and I have 5 children. We are both self employed real estate brokers and have variable schedules. Most often times our day to day allows us to take and pick the kids up from school. There are some days where we need help with that but it's not often. When the older kids are at school we still have our 2-year-old around and need someone to care for him throughout the day. The kids do play sports after school at different times of the year so there will be days that care is needed later in the evening while certain kids are taken to and from their activity. We have flexibility on days and hours worked. A big help to us would also be light house keeping (laundry really) and possibly meal prep periodically if that was your thing.
