Part-Time Childcare Needed For 1 & 3-Year-Old Boys In Bloomington

We're looking for part-time help 1-2 days a week, and are flexible on which weekdays. Since this is a part-time role, we are happy to accommodate other jobs or commitments you may have. Our boys don't require any special care beyond typical young child needs. The youngest is still in diapers, while the older is potty trained. They enjoy playing in the toy room, doing crafts or coloring at the art table, and spending time outdoors. Our backyard is large but not fenced, so outdoor play will need some supervision. Their routine is fairly structured, with breakfast between 7-8 AM, lunch around noon, and a 2-hour nap in the afternoon. I work from home and am usually in meetings but can handle any urgent needs if necessary. Both boys are creative, active, and love playing both inside and outside.
