Reoccurring Babysitter For 9 M.o

I would like someone who has a passion for caring for children. I'm willing to pay well and increase every 2 months, but I need to know my daughter's education and happiness are priority. My daughter is 9 months and she will be walking soon. I would prefer a sitter who is currently in school for early childhood education. My schedule is very flexible, roughly looking for 15/hrs a week in the evenings. There will be some weekends where help is not needed but that will be said about a week prior. I also have one dog who will be very excited to meet you, but he will not need care.
