I am expecting and due in January, we are looking to solidify a nanny to care for the baby after I return to work from maternity leave in March 2025. My husband and I will have varying work schedules each week so we will not necessarily require help 5 days a week, likely we will need someone 3-4 days a week 8-10 hour a day. Some of the time we request assistance might be while my husband is working from home.
