Full-time Nanny M-F For 6 - 13 Month Old Baby Boy From Jan 2026 - Aug 2026)

Hi, my wife and I are due in July of 2025 but we have a combined 6 months of parental leave through our jobs, so we wouldn't need a nanny until the first week of January 2026. This is our first child (baby boy) and we would be looking for a full-time in-home nanny Monday-Friday once we have to go back to work. Hours are slightly flexible but probably something like 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. each day. We are looking to pay $20/hour but would need the nanny to provide their own transportation. My wife works in Clayton, MO but I work from home in Shiloh, IL so I would be around if there are any questions or issues. We are on a waiting list for a local daycare starting in August of 2026, so it would likely be a 7 month bridge of full-time childcare from January - August 2026 with the child being 6 months - 13 months old during that time.
