My husband and I work from home. I have a fairly flexible schedule, however my husband not so much. His job requires him to be on the computer, while I can work from my cell phone some days. Right now, as far as childcare goes, our parents help us part time and my husband and I watch our son on days we do not have assistance. We are looking for someone to help us with our child (14-month-old) here on Thursdays, from 8-12 (possibly longer depending on work). There is potential for additional help on Tuesdays (same times) again on depending on work.
