Full-time Care Needed For Infant In Barrington

We are looking for full-time care (M-F 8am-4pm) for our 6-month-old daughter in Barrington, starting 2/24/25 and we're looking now! We live on a farm with a dog and many horses, so animal lovers will enjoy the furry company. My husband and I both work from home and are around all day, but need someone to give her the 1:1 attention she needs since we are typically on videocalls all day. We are big fans of Montessori principles, so our daughter does not have any screens or "containers" - so a caregiver who enjoys play time, imaginative exploration, etc. is so important to us! We are looking for someone with infant experience, CPR certification, a reliable vehicle, a nonsmoker, and strong references!
