Babysitter/occasional Date Night Sitter Needed For My Almost 3 Years Old Son In Arlington Heights

I'm looking for occasional babysitting/date nights for my son. Looking for someone kind, patient, loving, energetic, and fun. My son likes to read books, color, play with his toys and play outside weather permitting. He is very bright, cute and special. Whoever gets to spend time with him will be extremely lucky! He is very talkative and can communicate very will his needs and wants. Additionally, some light housekeeping is required as well as being comfortable serving him dinner/snacks/water. We do have a large dog, who is very sweet but big! so please consider that when applying, Looking to have a meet and greet to see if we are a good fit.
