Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Arlington Heights

We are a family in need of a nanny to care for our son during weekdays while both my wife and I are at work. Our son is currently in daycare, but we're hoping to transition to having someone come to our home for consistent care. My wife works from home, so you would have support nearby, but the role involves managing his daily needs independently while we're both working. We are looking for someone who is patient, experienced, and has a positive attitude, with a focus on nurturing his development through activities and play. The position would be full-time, Monday through Friday, with hours roughly from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are hoping to find someone who can commit long-term.
