A full time position, 40 hours/week guaranteed, paid time off, and annual salary to a warm family that believes in community, care, and leads with kindness and compassion. This job's focus is providing the new bb G (1month) and her older sister E (3. 5 years) with care, safety, respect, and a guiding spirit. It is important to us they explore with you outside as much as possible. There is some driving required to activities and adventures; light housework: tidying up after snack, meal prep, and putting away toys with E at the end of each day; travel; and a bit of laundry. Mostly we would like this position to feel like you are caring for, hanging out with, and showing the world to a tiny best buddy and caring for a new soul. We are looking to grow with our caregiver long term (no end date)
