Apr 21, 2025 12:20 a.m. Hi, I'm a single mom trying to also run an online business and I'm looking for someone to spend a few hours a week with my daughter so I can get some work done. I live on my friends property in a little tiny home community and I would be staying on the property while you watch my child - I'll either go over to my friends house to have some time to myself or if it's nice outside I would like for you to spend some time outside with her. My daughter can take some time to warm to strangers so the first few times I may stay home and try to get some housework done while you get to know each other. Its important to me that the nanny is a non smoker, doesnt use any strong perfumes or laundry detergents and is CPR trained and comfortable with pets (I have two cats and one small dog).
