This is my first baby, and I am a teacher. It kind of breaks my heart that I won't be there in their early months to ensure I am doing everything possible to help them reach their important developmental milestones. Therefore, the ideal caregiver for my family would be someone who understands childhood development and is willing to share in this responsibility of making sure our baby is safe, happy, and properly supported during this fundamental time. A typical day would follow a soft schedule of eat, play, nap to ensure the baby's needs are being met. Our family would like to raise our baby with zero screen time for at least their first 4 or 5 years of life to circumvent any sensory processing difficulties as they grow.
