Both of my kiddos are neuro-spicy little guy has ADHD and our pre-teen has high functioning autism and has a really hard time during pick-up and drop-off with her brother being so restless for these time frames. We really need someone with experience with the neurodivergent as our kids will require patience and the ability to problem solve in a way that is tailored for them.
