WHEN - Our9-year-old needs a nanny, in our home, for Monday mornings and Friday nights. ABOUT HIM - He is autistic with low to medium support needs. He draws, plays and is a soft and sweet person. DUTIES - Needs to know where he is at all times, which isn't hard. The highest-level support need looks like infrequent yelling when upset. He may ask for food to be made for him. Where he's relatively easy to keep an eye on, we ask for light cleaning to be done. CLEANING INCLUDES - Living room: picking up everything in the living room (he dumps a lot of toys, papers and misc items), vacuuming, dusting, etc. - Kitchen: wash counters, pre-wash dishes, load and unload dishwasher, sweep floor, mop floor, put dishes away, tidy. - His bedroom: change sheets, put toys away, pick up, tidy, vacuum.
