Nanny For Toddler With Diabetes + Baby

Our ideal candidate only needs part-time hours but is available on some weekdays, likely in the morning/afternoon. Schedule is unknown at this time, as I'm looking for work but don't have anything set in stone. We have a 3. 5-year-old son with type 1 diabetes and need to find someone who is willing to learn how to help manage his blood sugars with us, or someone who has personal experience. We also have a 7-month-old. All care would be at our home. Dad works from home, and my work will also be remote (but occasionally on-site). Right now we'd like to hire someone on an as-needed basis that can move into more structured hours, but can slowly learn the diabetes piece of my son's care at a comfortable pace. We have two dogs. Someone who can work on pre-school/kinder basics would be a plus!
