This is an as needed position. My daughter goes to after school care everyday until 5:30 p.m. I am on call usually once maybe twice per week and I would need you to pick her up and just take her home. My days on call vary but mainly it is on Mondays and some Thursdays. I have no other options and I hate to take such little time away from your evening. I wouldnt need any childcare during the school Holidays either. If I were to get off on time and not have to stay on call then I wouldnt need you to pick her up, unless I were to get called back in.
