I am a firefighter and work 48 hours shifts. I have 50/50 custody with their father, so about 6 days a month I need someone to pick my kids up from school, make them dinner, and stay the night with them and getting them to school the next day. These aren't always the same days every week, unfortunately. My boys are almost 12 and 13 and are very easy.
