We are a family of 3. Our son is 2 months old and by the time I go back to work, he will be turning 3 months and will require full time care that my husband and Is work schedule may not be able to provide. I work night shift 3 days a week for 12 hours with varying days in the week & my husband works from 8-4 p.m. and then 5-6 p.m. all the way to 1 a.m. from Monday to Thursday and is only free at night Friday and Saturday.
