Before-school Care Needed For Two Girls

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 girls. They are 8 and 10 years old, and mostly self sufficient, but are just too young to be left alone when my husband and I both leave for work. They're within walking distance to school, so they can walk, but would prefer to be dropped off. We do have two dogs, which will not require any additional care, but must be pet-friendly!
