About the job
In the mornings you would be responsible for making sure the boys are fed and our 3. 5-year-olds lunch is ready to go. Then most of the day you are responsible for our 16-month-old. We would like the boys day to follow a scheduled routine. We will work with the Nanny to develop a schedule that is based around learning, play and the boys household duties. Most of the learning will be accomplished through play and other creative means like crafts and cooking, but it needs to follow a curriculum. We have a structured fun learning program. The Nanny does not have to create her own. Outside time is crucial for the boys wellbeing and we expect the Nanny to take the boys outside for playtime and/or a walk once familiar and comfortable with the neighborhood.
