Don't have specific care needs. I am gone two days a week (rotates so one week I can work Thurs Friday, the following week im scheduled Wednesday Thursday, etc). We Would need someone to play with and watch daughter while my wife is working from home on the days I'm at work. Obviously some weeks that I work weekends we won't need assistance. But also would need someone to take her to preschoo and pick her up (1230pm-3 p.m. is school Tues and Thursday). Ideal day, someone come over before my wife starts work at 8, plays with my daughter and keeps her entertained and not glued to tv or tablet.
