I am a night shift nurse, I am looking for someone to watch K at home while I sleep during the day. I work 3 nights a week and my husband works Tuesday through Saturday during the day. Once we have a set nanny I can have a set schedule but right now I don't have set days I work, all 3 nights are in a row typically. K is 6 months and is getting very busy but we aren't ready to put him in daycare and want to keep him at home with a nanny.
