Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Aide to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher's Aide, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate the growth and development of young children. Your role will involve assisting the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social skills, and promoting a love for learning among preschool-aged children. Duties: -Upholding health and safety protocols in the classroom environment -Assisting lead and co-lead teachers with supervision of children inside the classroom and outside on the playground -Cleaning duties to include sweeping, mopping, meal set up and clean up, trash removal, sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces, classroom organizing, vacuuming and laundry. - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery. - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere. - Maintain open communication with colleagues and administration to ensure the smooth functioning of the preschool program.
