About the job
My husband died unexpectedly last year. I have a demanding job with work travel every month (not every week) plus would still like a little "me" time and a break from work/home. My two girls are in activities. Ideally the caregiver would be able to pick them up from school (or home) and them to afternoon activities or bring them home to help with homework or supervising chores and meal prep for school lunches. Ideally as we became comfortable, over night stays would be awesome. Additionally my caregiver would be able to grow into helping me get the oldest to/from school and activities next year in middle school. Both children are well behaved, and very capable.
