About the job
We're a neurodivergent family of four in Eagle, ID. Our 6-year-old is in school full-time and has ADHD. Our 3-year-old is home and very sensory-seeking. We value calm, emotionally aware care that supports co-regulation and gentle structure. One parent is home and healing from burnout; the other works full-time. We are looking for a teammate, not just a babysitter, someone who brings warmth, joy, and steady presence to our kid's days. You'll mostly care for our 3-year-old, support with light household tasks (snack prep, tidying), and help create a peaceful rhythm. A great fit is someone who is playful, trauma-informed, and confident with emotional ups and downs.
