I'm looking for someone experienced to watch my 5-month-old baby 3-4 times a week for an hour and a half to 2 hours while I exercise and maybe run errands. My husband sometimes works from home so he wouldn't be far away if needed. I need someone who I can trust who has experience with babies and small children. I also have a big dog who is very sweet so ideally someone who isnt scared of dogs.
