I'm mostly a stay at home Mom, yet I own and operated a business. My husband also works from home. When we had just one child, we could easily swap work hours and childcare hours back and forth. Now that we have two, were having trouble finding a groove where we can both get our work done. I'm looking for someone who can watch the kids at our home while my husband and I work in our respective offices. Both kids will likely be awake in the afternoon and may need snacks or meals prepared. Mostly we just need someone who can play with the kids. We also have a big black lab. He is friendly but sheds and may be hyper. So someone comfortable with large dogs would be best.
