Recurring Babysitter Needed For My Sweet And Active 1 Year Old

I'm looking for a babysitter so I can do errands or some self-care. I am looking for someone who doesn't mind being down on the floor and playing with my 1-year-old son, someone who is upbeat and happy. I constantly get told that I have the most agreeable and happy baby, but he is also sooo mobile, and such a daredevil so keeping him safe from jumping off furniture is a must too. During the time here, he will wake up, need to be changed, fed breakfast and/or a bottle, play time, then a bottle and a nap (I mostly hold him for his nap but if you have tips on how to get him to nap for longer than 10 minutes in his crib, I'm all ears!), then be fed lunch, then playtime. We do have a friendly medium sized dog. Hours are flexible. I'm hoping for a Saturday morning at least, not longer than 8-5, but 9-1 would work or anything around then.
