Our oldest is very shy for a bit until she warms up to you. Patience is huge because of that. I'd love someone who is loving, knows how to deal with a shy toddler & can redirect attention until she's fully comfortable with you. Knowing what to do when tantrums are happening & being able to help her through them. I do work from home so if you needed help, I can be there if my schedule allows it. The infant will most likely be with me unless I'm in meetings or get a phone call. She's very easy to manage & doesn't require a whole lot.
