I have a 5 going on 6-month-old baby. I have a hybrid job. I need childcare help on days where I have back to back meetings or need to go on site. I am also looking for a person who could babysit if my husband and I want to go on a date. This does not necessarily have to be the same person. I really want a caregiver who can help teach my child, so a childhood education degree would be ideal.
