Babysitter Needed For 3-Month-Old

We're seeking a caring and dependable babysitter to care for our 3-month-old daughter in our home for 10-15 hours per week while I work remotely. Occasional evenings may also be available but are not required. Experience with infants is preferred, and we value someone who prioritizes quality, engaging care (no screen time) and is comfortable around pets, as we have a friendly 6-year-old Labrador.
