Tenured Nanny For 2 Kids In Boise

We are looking for a part-time nanny to watch our two kids (ages 4 and almost 2) for roughly 19 hours a week, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:50 am-5:30 p.m. Additional days and times available for date nights and events. Our ideal candidate is a tenured nanny with considerable experience caring for kids from a developmentally grounded approach. We are looking for someone who is nurturing, caring and also comfortable setting/maintaining boundaries when difficult behaviors arise. Our kids thrive with caregivers who are emotionally attentive and provide consistency and structure. This person will need to be comfortable with dogs (we have a sweet, 8 yr old lab), cooking dinner on one or both days, and transporting kids to and from activities/school. In turn, we promise to provide an environment of open communication, collaboration, and respect.
